Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Email the Contact Us form with your order number as soon as possible.

After dispatch

Shipped orders cannot be cancelled, but you may return them under our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred or we suspect fraud. You will receive a full refund.
