Return & Refund Policy

Return window

You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first to receive a return authorisation.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items, opened consumables and live or perishable goods cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace the item or refund you.
